√ Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
√ Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
√ Monitor and improve sales skills of all employees
√ Set specific goals for store performance and employee training and development
√ Provide leadership and guidance
√ Budgeting, pencil profit system and report analysis
√ Inventory management and security of all store assets

Do you have these Qualifications?
√ Two years of college and/or two years retail sales or management
√ Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system
√ Organizational and time management skills
√ Friendly with exceptional communication and listening skills
√ Excellent customer service skills
√ Valid driver's license with good driving record
√ Must be at least 19 years of age
√ Heavy lifting required
